1. Will you come to my home or may I come to your photo studio for our session together?

You are welcome to come to the studio in Westport or we will come to you at your desired location.

2. What should I wear?

Essentially, wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. It is recommended that you not wear loud prints, plaids or loud jewelry.

3. Can my family be in the photos?

Yes, your immediate family is welcome to be in the photos. However, they must all be ON TIME for your session as the photographs are taken prior to the interview. Please note that the interview portion will be conducted privately between Rozanne and the interviewee.

4. Can I order additional copies of the audio CD’s and/or the photo books?

Yes. On the “Payments” page, you can choose how many “add-ons” or duplicates you would like. (They make a great gift!)

5. Who chooses which photos go in the book?

Your photographer, Suzanne Sheridan will choose the best photos to place in the book.

6. How long will the interview last?

Rozanne will spend up to 90 minutes recording the life story of the person being interviewed. Once the interview starts, it will be continual and unedited.

7. How far in advance will you schedule someone?

We can schedule up to 12 months in advance.

8. If I put a deposit down of 50% is that refundable if I change my mind?

Deposits are non- refundable.

9. When is the Deposit due?

To insure that the date is saved for you, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required when you book your session time. (please see “Payments”)

10.What is your reschedule/cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel for any reason, please give us 48 hours notice in advance of the session, and you can reschedule on a better day. We will work with you to reschedule. There is no cancellation fee.

11. Will you charge for travel time?

If we are asked to travel more than one hour to get to your location, a travel cost of $60 an hour (each direction) will be proportionally added after the first hour.

If a Legacy Project USA event is scheduled in your area, or if we are scheduled to interview/photograph more than one client in your area, travel time will not be charged. Travel time will be determined by Google Maps, with the beginning location being Westport, CT. (Example: Westport to Northampton, MA is 2 hours – a total travel charge of $120.00)
